Pimento Cheesy Potatoes

Vegetable Oil No Stick Cooking Spray
1 container (11 oz.) pimento cheese
1 can (10.5 oz.) Our Family® Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup
2 cups sour cream
5 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp. Our Family® Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 package (28 oz.) Our Family® Potatoes O’Brien with Onions & Peppers, thawed
1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup coarsely crushed classic potato chips
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1. Preheat oven to 350°; spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In large bowl, stir pimento cheese, soup, sour cream, butter, garlic powder and salt; fold in potatoes. Spread potato mixture in prepared dish; bake 45 minutes.
3. Sprinkle potato mixture with Cheddar cheese and chips; bake 25 minutes or until heated through, edges are bubbly and cheese is melted. Makes about 8 cups.
4. Serve cheesy potatoes sprinkled with onions.
