Mother’s Day Waffle Bar

1 cup Our Family® Unsalted Butter (2 sticks), softened
1/2 cup packed Our Family® Light Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Our Family® 100% Pure Honey
1 1/2 teaspoons Our Family® Ground Cinnamon
3/4 cup Our Family® Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Our Family® Powdered Sugar
2 tablespoons Our Family® Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
1 tablespoon Finest Reserve™ by Our Family® Vanilla Extract
8 frozen Our Family® Blueberry Waffles
8 frozen Our Family® Buttermilk Waffles
8 frozen Our Family® Homestyle Waffles
Optional Toppings: fresh blueberries, Our Family® 100% Pure Vermont Maple Syrup, Our Family® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, sliced fresh bananas, sliced fresh strawberries, toasted Our Family® Sweetened Shredded Coconut
1. In medium bowl, with mixer on medium-high speed, beat butter, brown sugar, honey and cinnamon 3 minutes or until light and fluffy, scraping down sides of bowl occasionally. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
2. In separate medium bowl, with mixer on low speed, beat cream, powdered sugar, cocoa and vanilla extract 2 minutes. Increase speed to medium-high; beat 4 minutes or until medium-firm peaks form. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
3. Prepare waffles as label directs; serve topped with butter mixture, whipped cream mixture and toppings, if desired.
