It’s an app. It’s a meal. It’s a quick-prep party on a pan. With the creamy shreds of Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Mozzarella, and Asadero cheeses, Kraft Signature Mexican Blend brings rich flavor to this fun family dish mixed with chipotle chicken and a rainbow of toppings.

Chipotle Chicken Nachos
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
Serves: 6

1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 cup finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 Tbsp. honey
1-1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
6 cups tortilla chips (6 oz.)
1 cup rinsed canned black beans
1-1/2 cups Kraft Signature Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
1/4 cup sliced jalapeño peppers
1/4 cup sliced radishes
1/4 cup mango salsa
1/4 cup sour cream

1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Toss onions with vinegar in bowl; let stand 10 min.
3. Heat chipotle peppers and honey together in medium skillet on medium-low heat 1 to 2 min. or until heated through. Stir in chicken.
4. Spread chips onto large ovenproof plate; top with chicken, beans and cheese.
5. Bake 5 to 7 min. or until cheese is melted.
6. Drain onions; discard vinegar. Top nachos with onions, jalapeno peppers, radishes and salsa. Serve with sour cream.
