Cheese Ravioli with Creamy Tomato-Garlic Sauce

Serves: 6

1 package (25 ounces) Our Family® Classic Squares Cheese Ravioli
1 tablespoon Our Family® 100% Pure Olive Oil
1/2 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups Our Family® Tomato, Onion & Garlic Pasta Sauce
2 cups packed baby arugula
1/4 teaspoon Our Family® Salt
1/4 teaspoon Our Family® Pure Ground Black Pepper
2/3 cup Our Family® Heavy Whipping Cream, at room temperature
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
Chopped fresh basil for garnish (optional)

1. Prepare ravioli as label directs; drain, return to saucepot and cover to keep warm.

2. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion; cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant, stirring frequently. Add sauce, arugula, salt and pepper; cook 2 minutes or until arugula is wilted, stirring frequently. Stir in cream; cook 1 minute or until slightly thickened and heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; add ravioli and stir to coat. Makes about 8 cups.

3. Serve ravioli sprinkled with cheese garnished with basil, if desired.
